@here Good morning everyone, for those that haven’t been away with us before, this is the AAV room where all room-based discussion occur.

Social Chatter is for conversing about anything to do with SSS.

Transport planning is for organising travel to/from the snow.

Perisher_On_Snow is for all on-snow shenanigans like where we’re meeting for lunch, where the massive lines are, etc.

@(Organiser) and @(Host) will be your go-to people for this weekend, looking forward to seeing you out on the hill!!

@Here Hey y’all that’re coming down for the w/e XXXX, this is the room to post who’s riding with whom… to ensure everyone gets a ride. Pls post where your leaving from, when you’re leaving, which mountain you’ll be riding, where you’re coming back to, and whether you can offer a lift, or require a lift!

@here Hey all,  Hope you're all having a good/safe trip down! Here are the rooms for this weekend:

The rooms are currently unlocked with keys inside. We suggest that the rooms be left unlocked throughout the weekend (and you don’t keep valuables in the rooms). This will ensure others in the rooms are free to come and go as needed.

The beds are on a first come, first served basis unless you have a medical condition that would require you have a bottom bunk. If this is the case please post into the "AAV" Stride room letting others know and I would ask that others take this into consideration when choosing their bed.

If you come in late, please remember that others may be sleeping and try your best not to wake anyone.

**copy and past the room allocations (omit the room numbers) into the Meetup app, just in case anyone didn’t know to use Stride.

XX has the container key if you need it. Will be opening the container at (time) if you’d like to access your stuff in the morning.
